The annual RCC vs The Brits tournament has become a permanent fixture in the Rondebosch calendar,
it takes place on the Sunday following the Western Province Championships and takes the form of
a team event.  One mallet per team with many bottles of Champagne being consumed.  A glass of
which must be downed by each member of  the team when they run a hoop, as you can imagine the
game gets worse not better!


Lunch is then taken at Rhodes Memorial Restaurant, a five minute drive from the club, which is 
situated on the side of Devils Peak (seen behind the photo on the left) with breathtaking views
over the Peninsula.
